Four others in the shooting were hospitalized, police said. They had surgery Friday night. Three are in critical condition, while one is in fair condition, hospital officials said.

The city has shared this information for those who want to help in the wake of the shooting.

The gunman was identified as 40-year-old DeWayne Craddock, an engineer with the city's public utilities department "for approximately 15 years," according to police. They say his motive is unknown at this time.

Craddock was a current employee. Police say he fired through all three floors of the building. A .45-caliber pistol, a suppressor and several empty, higher-capacity magazines were found near the gunman, according to police.
